Thanks to EVERYONE who made our visit with Santa a huge success. We had over 850 toys and each child could get new pajamas or a new throw blanket, a book bag, a winter coat, matching hat & gloves, a Christmas sock, visit with Santa and then choose 4 toys.

Quick story that touched our hearts. Little girl upon entering the closet asked Ms. Kathy is Santa Claus here today? Ms. Kathy replied, yes he is. The little girl asked inquisitively, Is he real? Ms.Kathy said, of course he is real, lets go talk to him. Ms Kathy accompanied her to see Santa and told Santa, this little girl has a question for you. The little girl asked Santa, are you real? Santa replied of course I am real, pull my beard. After tugging on Santa’s real beard The little girl, with astonishment in her eyes, leaned over and whispered to Ms. Kathy, HE’S REAL!! God love the heart of a child.

Thanks to all the toy donors, Santa, Claus, 30 volunteers and toy collection partners that made this day possible for over 180 children. We celebrated our volunteers with a pizza party afterwards for ALL their hard work.
